The TELETANDEM News was a quarterly newsletter of the TELETANDEM BRASIL Project that provided updates of the activities of its members and of the research group, during the years that the project received funding from FAPESP - The São Paulo State Foundation for the Support of Research. For six years (between 2006 to 2011), its goal was to be a place for dialogue and idea exchange between the research group, the academic community, and the teletandem practitioners. The thirteen issues below can give our readers a brief history of the project evolvement, the discussions we had amongst the members of the research team and the relationship with our collaborators abroad. The newsletter was open to texts written by everyone involved in the project (from the most to the least expert), including the students themselves, who constantly collaborated with reports on their experiences with teletandem.

In 2011, the Teletandem News was discontinued due to lack of funding to pay for its preparation. However, we have a strong intention of reactivating its publication in the near future. The Teletandem News is part of the Teletandem Brasil history in the field of telecollaboration through teletandem. Enjoy the articles in the issues below!
